How Much Calories Can I Consume A Day?

I am NEVER a fan of "NOT EATING" methodology for dieting! This way can only help to cut very minimum fats, but kills you in the long run!

Recently, I had came across an article which states, "Eating lesser is referring to CALORIES, and not food!"

You can be eating one meal a day, and that meal can consists only 3 tablespoon of rice and minimum amount of veggies. But a cup of PEARL MILK TEA would be good enough to destroy all effort.

Please, gals! Its not CUT WHAT YOU EAT, but WATCH WHAT YOU EAT!

So how much Calories should I consume a day so that my weight can be decreased?

First, we need to calculate our BASIC METABOLISM RATE (formulae as below)

655 + (9.6 x Weight in kg) + (1.7 x Height in cm) -(4.7 x Age)

Basic Metabolism Rate (BMR) refers to the maximum amount of calories being burnt purely based on the activity of our organs, for example, breathing, heart beat and etc. In laymen terms, if your BMR is 1,400 calories, by doing nothing that day, you are still able to burn 1,400 calories.

So as long as you consume 300 to 500 calories lesser daily, you will definitely be able to reduce your weight accordingly!

Hopefully everyone will cut down in calories, and not food!
